About HOSA
The Dearborn High School Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) Chapter is a group of over 80 dedicated freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors. We are a group of students who are committed to provide students with ample opportunity to express their interests in the medical field in a way that is fun, informative, and emphasizes the importance of hard work. This involves competing with students from other schools in the region in medical and health related events in order to progress to state and international levels.
Despite HOSA's very recent implementation (2022-2023 school year), DHS students who are passionate about medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, and more, have responded very well to its enactment. The first year it was introduced, many members made it all the way to Internationals in Dallas, Texas.

There are many benefits to joining HOSA in general. However, the DHS HOSA Chapter is special due to its diverse group of members and advisors.
Donate to Help Out
We send members of all ages to state and international competitions each year. These trips are very costly, and anything helps. We have set up a GoFundMe for this very reason.
